Summary: AddRow(V) Fix for tables

Initial Comment:
Corrections and optimizations for the Implementation 
of AddRow and AddRowV of ESI$Table were not properly 
integrated with the 4.0.0.207 & 4.1.0.3 kits. This 
patch updates these two methods.
