Summary: Fix Loop in Error Trapping
Initial Comment:
Bugs item #486563 identified a fault with the THROW
subroutine of ^VESOOPE1 were if the error code was not
correctly passed in a infinite loop was created. This
patch address this problem by providing a default
codce when one is acidentally omited. The the used is
OOP_UNK. Also this problem seems to have resulted from
a problem in ^VESO1, which is also fixed with this
patch.
