#73 Import bombs on service conflict

When doing an import, if the import file has a method
where the interface being imported into has a property of
the same name, the import terminates prematurely.

The error message on DSM is:

Import Error: ERROR+12^VESOESF:1,
%DSM-E-ECODETRAP, $ECODE error trap received.
