#63 Global save list not being cleared

When saving a global out using the EO tools, it will save
globals already specified earlier along with the current
global.

eg if you save global A out, that will work. If you then go
and do the save again, and specify you want global B,
the resulting file will contain both A and B.

If you disconnect the session and reconnect, then it will
only save out the one global properly.
