#148 Duplicate labels in VESOUTRT in eo_server_cache_4_2_1_0

Some of the code at the end of VESOUTRT seems to have been copied from VESOUTGL and left there, resulting in some <labelredef> errors and a <noline> when the routine is compiled on Cache.</noline></labelredef>
