#124 Event not fired when creating a Folder.

When creating a top level common folder, the following
error is generated:

Error while queueing
Event:150373866,QUEUE+101^VESOOPEV,%GTM-E-
VAREXPECTED, Variable expected in this context

The folder actually exists, however, you must close the
session and restart it to see it. The same error occures
on a delete of a folder.
