#110 Deleting items in a viewed folder causes errors.

If items are deleted from the EsiObjects class structure
(variable, method, etc. using the Session Browser) that
are contained in a folder (being viewed), the items will
not be removed from the folder. Subsequently clicking on
the items will cause errors and and may crash of the
EsiObjects UI under certain conditions.

1) Create a variable in a test class.
2) Create a test folder.
3) Drag the variable to the folder.
4) Delete the variable from the class using the popup
menu on the variable.
5) Click on the variable name in the folder - and error will
be generated.
