#103 Tools->Options->Initial Text does not scroll as expected

Minor Issue:
When entering code in the "Initial Text" text-entry
widget, the text does not scroll when inserting Ctrl-Ms or
using the arrows. PgUp/PgDn works, but scrolls too far
to allow one to easily see what has already been written.
It seems using up or down arrow several times will
eventually accomplish the same as PgUp/PgDn.

One must resort to using the mouse & scrollbar to
position the text as desired.

Solution:
Scroll the widget by one line as soon as cursor is moved
up or down so that it's no longer fully visible within the
widget.
