[Esims-devs] Docs moved to branch

Hi
Ive created a new branch called esims-docs under the branches of our 
SVN. Kindly commit any docs to it from now.

This branch will be the  official doc repo from now.

Hopefully it'll speed up the chkout of the src :)

I've added the existing docs + 2 new zip files that have flash movies on 
setting up the environment of esims on the local machines
