#1 suggestion for user creation

On creating the user, currently, the confirmation message is displayed on the same page wherein the user enters the details.

Now if the user clicks "Create user" button N times, N users would be created in the system.

Suggestion1: Display the confirmation message in a new page

Suggestion2: if the user was created successfully, then disable the "create user" button.

Since the creation and confirmation is on the same page, I'd suggest clearing the form after the user is created. Will this suffice ?
