#2 FALSE vm implementation

I've implemented vm for the beautiful language FALSE
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FALSE

This vm successfully runs tests from wikipedia article above (after stripping german ß and ø chars from it).

(actually we must figure out what to do with german chars in program, maybe adding capital letters like B and R)

Also, you may list me as developer, so I could integrate false into your project.
