#94 Implement scaling item enchantments

I just became level 11 and found an iron helm of sorcery which was red magic +1. I thought that at level 10 it should be +2 and at level 20 it should be +3, etc. What level bonus does a "straight" level of enchantment give?

Nope, enchantment levels are a flat +1 (or other constant) at the moment. Another good idea, I'll note it for future :)
