#109 freeze in combat after blinding flash

My game froze after casting blinding flash on Hildebrands in Ichiba City. I don't have a log because it didn't crash to desktop.

This bug didn't result in a total crash. The only thing I could do was select my actions for the round, but it wouldn't actually proceed with the combat, as far as I remember.
