#1 Introduce tokens into property files

There are many configuration (property) files used
throughout FreeSB at the moment, causing maintenance
difficulties in case of changes. It would be better to
tokenize all the properties within each configuration file
and have them updated on a build via the release
packaging process. The release packager would have a
base property file it would use to source the required
properties.
