#13 Hotkeys for everything

As this plugin is to be used by developers, productivity is the main concern. To further increase this, there should be hotkeys for everything (generating etc.).

It should be noted though that Eclipse already uses lots of hotkey combinations, so finding unused ones could prove difficult.
