#1 Automatic Dialect Differentiation not working properly

In most cases, the automatic dialect differentiation works well. But In a workspace where MinD_banker Server was in, automatic dialect differentiation did not work for the file DocumentFolder.java (AbstractFolderExtension is also needed). It actually seems like the FileSaveListener does not work at all in that case. Maybe it failed to be registered correctly?
