#75 ROI - import & export enabled

If the current view is no image view (ProductSceneView)
to which a roi can be applied the import and export
buttons in the ROI-Dialog must be disabled because an
import or an export can not be conducted. Other
funktions should also be disabled if no image view is
selected.
