#23 Duplicate product decision made by name - should be filepath

When VISAT loads a new product, the decision whether
the prodcut is already loaded or not is made by
comparing the product name. This is no problem for
ENVISAT files (unique name) but for other file types.
Instead, the full disk file path should be used.

Then, if two product have the same name, do not forget
to add a numbering scheme for display.
