Hi,

It is unfortunate that the ES40 project is kind of dead at the moment.
The unfortunate problem of FreeAXP is that it only runs on Window just
like Personal Alpha from Stromasys
http://www.stromasys.ch/products/charon-axp/download-personalalpha/.
Stromasys however also has CHARON-AXP/ES40 for Linux NCE
(Non-Commercial, Experimental Use Only)
http://www.stromasys.ch/products/charon-axp/download-charon-axp-nce/.
This free version does have some limitations though.
Stromasys is also working on a ES40 VMware client.
