Yeah, the NewIde module vanished back in early summer along with the other major module additions/deletions. Caught us on the alternate Visual Studio projects too. :-) Personally, I've found that the ali module occasionally fails with what appears to be odd timing dependancies. It's worse on my slower machines. I've had a bit better stability hooking disk files and the CD to the scsi controller; it seems to have less eccentricities. (Look at the demo es40.cfg for example use) Dave ________________________________ From: es4...@li... Subject: Re: [ES40-developers] Mac OS X I got it to build, the OS X Makefile is out of date, it includes NewIde.o which no longer exists, and does not include DMA.o, Keyboard.o, or Sym53C810.o which are needed. I corrected this, and es40 linked, but when I tried to boot my vms73.iso, I got: pci0.15(ali_ide).disk0.1(File): LUN not supported ________________________________ From: Barry Nelson Sent: Friday, September 12, 2008 9:22 AM To: 'es4...@li...' Subject: Mac OS X I noticed that on Mac OS X, X code tools 2.5 or greater is required to build this. Other wise you get: WebKit load command 19 unknown cmd field This emulator looks good. Looking forward to ver 0.19. ________________________________ This message originates from Baptist Health South Florida (BHSF).
