[ES40-developers] minor configure patch

Can we add 'sh' for each of the configure_*.sh scripts?

#! /bin/sh
sh ./configure_1.sh
sh ./configure_2.sh $@

This fixes a permissions problem I have when the .sh files aren't marked
as executable.
