[ES40-developers] Bug that causes OpenVMS to bugcheck in last CVS snapshot fixed

Hello Everyone,

I just discovered a bug in a patch I applied on February 1st that
causes a PROCGONE bugcheck on OpenVMS bootup. I just fixed this, so if
you synchronize with the CVS repository, this bug should be gone.
