[ES40-developers] cdrom issue

Hello all,

after the last patch, if I try to mount the CDROM (ide device, not  
file), the emulator crash with this error:

Exception in CPU thread: Threading error: Locking error (Timeout:  
c:\users\p\es4
0\src\Lock.h, line 581) trying to read-lock mutex ide1-registers from  
thread cpu
0.

CD-ROMS are very slow devices, so its not really a surprise that the
lock is timing out.  I'm playing with the locking to solve some of these
things, but I have no idea on an eta.

Try it with a file and you should be ok.
