Hello again,

Version 0.16 of the Alphaserver ES40 emulator has been released. Besides a
few performance improvements, the biggest new feature is network support. An
emulated DE500BA NIC has been added.

Things that work:

* Booting (both conversational and non-conversational)
* DHCP
* Telnetting into the emulator
* SET HOST into the emulator

Things that don't work (yet):

* OpenVMS installation procedure
* Most other OS'es besides OpenVMS

Version 0.16 can be downloaded now from http://sourceforge.net/projects/es40.
As always, let me know if you find things that don't work as expected.
