#2 Client GUI :: Using an input text field for server instead a comobo box

Because the MicroTrader system has only one server, I propose to use an an input text field for server name or FQDN (https://pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/FQDN) instead of a combox of several several, because at this stage, and for simplicity purposes, I think is enough to have a field to provide server name (or FQDN) and is more error free.
