ebay changed the layout of the ended auctions, please take the new parser definitions to get correct prices:

- change in file location logic to better separate program code from layout files

The version 9.4.1rc1 of |es|f| - esniper frontend was released.
Thies release fixes errors in system call handling and comes with a new auction layout.
