#9 Request for simple frontend version

In the past i often could not use this nice interface because it was outdated to fetch informations from the (german) ebay site.
Of course it is much effort to be close on any layout alteration of ebay.

So would it be possible to make a "simple" Version of this frontend that does not fetch the article details from the ebay site?
The big effort would be that this version depends not on an ebay page and simple interfaces only to esniper.
The main thing is to have a frontend that can generate the needed article files for esniper, specially when you want to make a group bid.
So you only need to enter the article-ID, a comment and the price to bid.
When i want to see the actual state of the article, it is sufficient to call it at ebay via a link.

This could be based on an older version of es-f, but i have not enough knowledge to alter it.

I hope this is not to much work for someone who is familiar with the application.

the esniper download have a simple frontend included, as far as I know.
It is also in CVS: http://esniper.cvs.sourceforge.net/viewvc/esniper/esniper/frontends/

The logic for fetching auction data in es-f is more complex. It is not so simple to change this back to the esniper -i output. But you have to have curl installed anyway because esniper uses it also.

Then i will have a look at this simple frontend.

But the functionality of this frontend is good.
Only the fetching of the article data have to be thrown out for a simple version.
Maybe based on Version 1.1.1 without pictures.

As written in the other bug report curl ist installed!
