#81 Time Zone problem with Australia

After modding files to allow Au Content, I found that the front end would not allow me to start auctions as it thought that they were ended, solution was to patch the Ubuntu server I am running as it was returning EST instead for AEST, this caused the auctions to be 15 hour out. So for any users in Aus in EST this will need to be done. Might pay to add to mini help section
