Yay, the first CVS Commit of the Erwrin-Core-POE has been imported.

Erwin Is currently scheduled for a complete re-write which will use POE instead of the Net::IRC module. This will hopefully begin sometime soon.

As I prepare to re-write Erwin using POE, a new sub-project has sprung up, ElizaMSN, more details to follow.

The newest Phase of the project will be creating and implementing the user auth and user level checking routines for the commands.

Core v0.2.1 uploaded, fixed join flood bug. One other bug being fixed.
