New version released. Minor bug fixes and i10n support added.

New release to fix a few bugs and add some Java functionality.

Changes between 1.2.0 and 1.2.1 [28 June 2001]
- Fixed bug with C code generation core dumping.
- Fixed some memory leakes.
- Changed the C++ class definition so that it returns bool's.

- Changed Java code generation. Class names and file names now depend on
the supplied base name.
