Update

The erps system has been tested and currently appears stable and bug free. We have played around with a number of different encryption and authentication methods primaraly as the data is classed as sensitive and we need to ensure that users of the service (both patients and practice managers) will be comfortable with the security mechanisms in place.

As of today the application offers the following functionality:

- quick and easy installation (script included)
- simple and intuitive GUI for the 'admin'
- Manage key Health Centre GP/Staff data
- Manage practice services and promotions
- Manage practice patient data in a secure manner
- Add news and updates for the practice.
- Info links to useful support services for patients
- Full e-mail management and authentication

The OPEN Erps system has been developed for UK based (NHS) Health Centres and GP Practices. It has a very low resource requirement and has been installed and configured easily by non technical users.

We are going to be spending a little more time on SF as we have just had a nice new template designed just for OPEN Erps so keep your eyes peeled.
