Hi Joe,

Thank you for getting back to me! I'm afraid this time it was a case of user error. Because I was using .avg files that had already been processed I didn't go through the processing part of the manual (where it explains in more detail the read function), but just start the section after. I missed the bit about uniform filenames denoting the subject number and condition. Thank you for the great toolkit.
