I just posted version 2.02.  The third bug was a potentially serious  
one:

1) Fixes crash when using single trial mode with Read data function.
2) Fixes crash in preprocessing for non-continuous data files that do  
not contain analysis fields when there is more than one chunk.
3) Fixes bug in preprocessing where when there are multiple chunks,  
the last two are miscalculated such that they include data from  
earlier chunks (thanks to Siri Kamp).
