[Erppcatoolkit-support] minor update

I just posted a minor update (version 1.23) of the EP Toolkit.  Among  
other things, it includes a fix to parametric PCA maps, a fix to  
unique variance calculations, better support for file formats other  
than EGIS, and addition of some useful EGIS file utilities.
