#1 I can not made it to work with

I download it and installed it in Windows XP.
I made some modifications and import from svn some files and finaly i have saw the logon screen! but the database does not have any initial data, so i made an employee and user with all the requirements but nothing happens. I made a logon and the only option that i have is to logoff

Can someone help me?

Also i have only the administration site and not all the package is there all the package that i see in svn???
