Finally a new QT GUI were added, code cleanup also made

ermixer 0.7.1 out.
Now you can quickly increase and decrease the value of a channel (e.g., ermixer vol +20); thanks to Chris Eagan for suggesting this feature. Bugfixes were also made.

someone can ask "and ermixer 0.6?" well, ermixer 0.7 is a cleanup release of ermixer 0.6, that has many interface and engine improvements and bugfixes and now ermixer is realtime!

The version 0.5 of ermixer introduce the support for multiple profiles files and the full gestion of recording device.
