A minor point.
I wonder if include-lib is a good thing for libs that are *not* part
of the Ericsson OTP releases.
We use autoconf and pkgsrc to bring CM under control on our servers.
If we do "gmake dist" for one of our add-on apps, it wants to create a
version-numbered tarfile which extracts into a like-numbered
directory. (We commit Klacke's releases on a vendor branch and merge
in pieces of our cm system, mainly configure.ac and Makefile.am).
On some (possibly different) packaging server, we do the equivalent of
tar -xzf .../yaws-1.44.tar.gz
gmake then fails because of all the instances of
and such. Of course the quick fix is to symlink:
ln -s yaws-1.44 yaws
but that's icky. It would be simpler if the inclusion were
and erlc flags adjusted as needed.
