Hi all,

Here are patches that fix some bugs or do some improvements into Yaws.
Details on following changes can be found on

* infinite_keepalive_timeout: Allow gconf keepalive_timeout to be set to
infinity
(git fetch git://github.com/capflam/yaws.git infinite_keepalive_timeout)

* ssl_accept_timeout:  Use gconf keepalive_timeout when the SSL
connection is established
(git fetch git://github.com/capflam/yaws.git ssl_accept_timeout)

* out_fixes: Fix various bugs in yaws_server.erl
(git fetch git://github.com/capflam/yaws.git out_fixes)

* set_outh_in_rw_resp: Set default output headers when a rewrite
response is returned.
(git fetch git://github.com/capflam/yaws.git set_outh_in_rw_resp)

* multi_docroot: Improve 'docroot' directive definition
(git fetch git://github.com/capflam/yaws.git multi_docroot)

* trace_improvements: Refactor trace mechanisms
(git fetch git://github.com/capflam/yaws.git trace_improvements)

Very nice list, they all look good. Just one question so far, What's the
purpose of Multi_docroot

Thanks !

The main purpose of Mutli_docroot is to let Yaws start if it has at
least one valid docroot. All invalid docroots are skipped with their
associated auth structures and warnings are emitted by Yaws.

Moreover, multiple docroot directives can now be used. Then, the
configuration may be more readable when you have several docroots.
