The only reason I had a computer When I was 8 was my father is a 
principal at the school I attended and we lived next to it (it's that 
way when you live in the country). I had a friend who got interested in 
the apple basic and I picked up the language from him.

Really the computers where the schools and it wasn't until We moved to 
the city I ever got an old IBM compatible.
