Section 0 - Preamble

The Knowledge and Evolution is a free, public domain document for any kind of items.

In the current system we live in, licenses even free licences are designed for a legal context where copyright is always present. At the opposite the Knowledge and Evolution document (KE) is defined not on laws, believes or objectives but on natural constraints like physics and livingness. The terme of copyright is therefor only a human constraint which has no value here.

Our days, licenses where created to chain entities to other entities, fortunatly entities like GNU or Apache have create free license to prevent abuses from over-constrainted licenses. Unfortunatly other entities adapted themselves and follow the track of free licenses but still maintaining copyright for themselves, avoiding any other entities to change it's based constraints related to the license.

This document is not a license, it is a behavior incompatible with the foundamental element of copyright.
Any entity, (inluding thoses unrelated the applyed item) are allowed to use any means of it's current environment to make this document behavior respected, for exemple laws or force if it is accepted in the current environment.

The purpose of this document is to avoid potential constraint that could be apply on the item and it's further evolutions. This document is appropriate for art, research or work that have to be available to the community. Such work is considered a one-side gift to the community, no return of any kind can be expected from it.

Section I - Knowledge

The first key point of this behavior is knowledge, the item can be distributed in any mean. for exemple : physical like books, verbal like teacher's lessons, emotionals like arts but also any process less legaly accepted ourdays like decompilation or spying. Knowledge being the property of the community it has no constraints on the sharing process.

The concepts of robbery or hacking is also a human point of view coming from selfishnes and interest, since knowledge is part of the community there is no acts which can be called like this when an item is in cause.

The concept of author is also a human point of view, knowledge is not only for humanity, knowledge is the definition of things and do not belong to anyone. Still preserving an author information is a respectfull information. So the authors can be forwarded with the item, the author in this case being the first entity which raised the knowledge to an intellectual understanding level.

Knowledge can not be forgotten, an item once given can not be taken back.

Section II - Evolution

Derivated work are considered evolution of the item. Evolutions like items can not be subject to patents, special clauses or any constraints in conflict with this behavior.
Evolutions once made available to the community by any mean (See I-Knowledge for the definition of the means) is considered a one-side gift to the community and fall under this document defined behavior.

Are considered an evolution any work which extend, enrich, restructure this item.
Are considered an evolution any work which need this item to achieve it's main purpose.

Section III - Usage

The item is usable by any entity for any purpose of any kind. Morals, laws, contracts ... are human constraints which can not limit this item. Companies, users, nature are mearly short events on this item.

By using this behavior for your own item or using an item under this behavior you agree to this document.
