#89 component re-ordering lost when saving a project template

While building a pipeline, I copied an existing component, made changes to it, reordered it's placement in the pipeline using the arrow buttons, and then saved the pipeline as a project template.

When loading the saved template, the component that was copied is in its original location. The changes to the component were saved, but not the change in its location.
