#1 Toms 916 ver2 Fortran

Dear Sirs

It may be of some interest that TOMS 916 has been updated as "ver 2" including new Fortran code. Not sure how that impacts your implementation of the earlier 916.

Also both 680 and 916v2 come as Fortran originally, so no need to convert MatLab (though 680 is F77)
