#1 Handling of non-autossh tunnels.

If you have ssh tunnels that are not running through autossh ereshkigal crashes when attempting to read the command line of the parent process.

IndexError: list index out of range

The parent process of non-autossh tunnels is "init" or possibly a shell. Which don't't have a ":" in the command line.
