I like darcs, and I use it for all of my personal projects. But I happen
to only use it in cases where I'm the sole developer, and have no
experience using it with other people. So I'm +0 on darcs I guess.

Although it's not sexy/cool/distributed, Subversion would be a nice,
incremental improvement from what we have now.
