Yep.  It's now merged into the 5.1 release branch as well.  I'll let a
few more fixes accumulate, and then make a 5.1.3 bugfix release.

In particular, I'd like to make some sort of server-local automatic
reconnect limit (defaulting to 3), so that when the connection goes
out for a while, ERC doesn't block other Emacs programs.  It'd also be
nice to never try to reconnect if the user being prompted for an IRC
server to connect to, in case they make a typo.
