[Erc-help] erc-capab.el to go in Emacs?

Should we install the erc-capab.el file to Emacs, or wait until it is
more stable (or included in a release)?

I'm having success with using it so far, except for a fill issue when
a non-identified Freenode person has a long line wrapped.  The
subsequent filled lines are one character more to the left than they
should be.
