[Erc-help] just committed a small bugfix

Hi all,

`erc-pal' and `erc-fool' nick highlighting broke on me the other day.
I've just tracked down the problem and have committed a fix.

(The problem: `erc-button-add-buttons' needs to appear before
`erc-match-message' in `erc-insert-modify-hook'; otherwise,
`erc-button's nick highlighting clobbers `erc-match's nick
highlighting.)
