I happen to like it :-) But as long as I can get it back, I'm fine
with it.

Actually, the "best" default behavior IMHO would be a simple
sorted list, but not in columns - the nick length varies too much
to make that generally useful.

Of course, as I enjoy the current way, I'm happy with everything
you do if you leave me a way to easily configure it to stay as it
is now ;)
