[Erc-help] erc-play-sound

Well, I don't have write-access to CVS and I also don't know what to
do with it if I had it. I've inserted some code into `erc-play-sound'
that makes my life with XEmacs on WinXP easier...

All I'm trying to say is: _please_ include this into erc.el :-).
