#5 Password type input fields.

It would be useful to have protected echoed input text
fields in the editors. Perhaps flagging a property
(within the editor context) as protected would disable
normal key-echo and substitute for arbitrary char.
Useful for typing in passwords or other fields upond
demoing, etc.
